Open Hours The Summerfest Box Office\'s regular hours begin Wednesday, April 1 and are as follows: Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Closed Sundays. During Summerfest: The Box Office will be open from 10:00 am until the headliner takes the stage for concerts taking place Tuesday – Sunday.
Payment The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, traveler’s checks and valid Summerfest gift cards. The Box Office DOES NOT accept personal checks, money orders, cashier’s checks or Ticketmaster gift cards.
Call Detail Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Summerfest Box Office on the day of show only. The purchaser or the person authorized to pick up tickets during the online ticket purchase process must bring a photo ID, confirmation number and the credit card used for purchase when picking up Will Call tickets.
Parking Parking nearest to the American Family Insurance Amphitheater may be accessed by traveling east on Erie Street from Water Street. Access to this lot is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-paid parking for this lot may be purchased in advance on Ticketmaster.com or at the Summerfest Box Office.
Seating Detail The American Family Insurance Amphitheater is wheelchair accessible and provides accessible seating at all price levels. Limit one companion ticket for each accessible seat purchased. To purchase accessible seating, you can do so on Ticketmaster.com or, please call the Box Office at 414-273-2600, Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm during the concert season or visit the Summerfest Box Office in person during regular hours of operation. General Rule Persons entering the facility may be subject to search for contraband, cameras, video equipment and recording devices which are expressly forbidden on facility premises and subject to confiscation. No backpacks, large bags or other carry-ins, glass, bottles, cans, wagons, in-line skates, skateboards, kites, frisbees, lawn chairs, laser pointers, pets, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, weapons,-or objects that could be used as weapons. No strollers or umbrellas are allowed in the American Family Insurance Amphitheater. MWF reserves the right to alter carry-in policies at any time.
Child Rule All children ages 3 and older require a ticket to gain admittance to the American Family Insurance Amphitheater. Children ages 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. We strongly recommend parents provide hearing protection for their children.
