Open Hours The operating hours are: Monday to Friday - 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Saturday to Sunday - Closed It is open on all event days starting 2 hours before the event.
Payment Contactless card payments are recommended, but Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Debit & Cash are accepted.
Call Detail Will Call tickets are available to be picked up at the Canada Life Centre Box Office located inside Gate 1 (Portage Avenue and Donald Street) starting 2 hours prior to each event. Guests are required to present photo identification that matches the name on the ticket order/transfer.
Parking There are over 13,000 parking spaces in surface lots and parking structures within a 10-minute walk of Canada Life Centre. True North Square, Portage Place, City Place Lot 1, Millennium Library and Winnipeg Square lots are all connected to the downtown walkway system and are covered and/or heated. Child Rule Children two years and older must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to Canada Life Centre. Children under two years of age may enter without a ticket but must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Individual performers reserve the right to determine the mandatory ticket age.
