Seating Detail Disabled customers are entitled to apply for one free PA/carer ticket. The carer must be at least 18 years old by 3rd May 2019. Please purchase your ticket first and then email access@teddyrocks.co.uk with your name and booking reference to apply for your free carer ticket. Teddy Rocks Festival will have accessible toilet facilities. Teddy Rocks offer a limited number of parking spaces for Blue Badge holders, in the main car park. You will need to apply for one of these once you\'ve booked your festival ticket - just email us access@teddyrocks.co.uk with your name and ticket number. Please be aware that these are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Teddy Rocks Festival is on a greenfield site and, whilst flat, there may be some hilly grass sections which, in bad weather, may be harder to access. However, we provide a number of facilities at the festival to accommodate disabled customer needs and our friendly welfare team will be happy to help if you need them. Teddy Rocks is an intimate festival with a 2,500 capacity, so you won\'t find yourself caught in a huge crowd. Although there isn\'t a specific viewing platform, our site is on a gradient and the area is large, so everyone will get a good view! Live performances will also be streaming on giant screens, so you can be part of the action wherever you are.
General Rule
Child Rule Under 16s may purchase day or weekend tickets but must be accompanied by an adult (aged 21 years or over) on the day. There must be at least one adult for every four children in a group. Please note, age will be checked and ID will be required to pick up your wristband(s) at the gate. Everyone entering the festival, regardless of age, must have a ticket. No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site. Children 5 yrs and under are admitted free, but must purchase or hold a valid ticket and be accompanied by a paying ticket holder over 21. Valid and acceptable proof of age/ID will be required at the entry gate in order to pick up your wristband(s) and enter the festival. Valid forms of ID include: An in date photographic driver\'s license or provisional licence A valid passport No photocopies and no out of date ID will be accepted. Unfortunately no refunds will be given for incorrectly booked tickets.
