Open Hours Box Office is at Charleston Civic Center unless it is the day of a show at the Auditorium. Regular business hours are: Monday through Friday* - 10AM to 5PM Sunday - Closed *Saturday for on sale or event day of show. Day of show hours are: Monday through Saturday - 10AM through intermission Sunday - 12PM through intermission
Payment Cash, Visa, Mastercard, America Express and Certified Checks. No personal checks accepted.
Call Detail Customers can pick up their tickets on the day of the show after 3PM at the Will Call Window. Customers must have the actual credit card, a picture ID, and the confirmation number.
Parking Parking is available at the Charleston Town Center across the street from the facility. Parking is also available through the Civic Center fee start at $3.00.

General Rule Cameras and recording devices are not permitted.
Child Rule Children 11 months and under are admitted free on a parents lap for a Family Show. For all other shows 23 months and under are admitted free on a parents lap. This is not good for a seat.
