Open Hours The Active Heating Box Office is in the main lobby and open 9:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday through Friday, with extended hours on event days and nights.

Call Detail Will Call is at the Active Heating Box Office. Will Call opens at 12:00pm on the day of the scheduled event and will generally remain open throughout the event. To claim will call tickets, customers must present a valid photo ID, the order and/or confirmation number, and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
Parking Parking including handicap accessible parking is available in the main lot on the South side of the facility. Parking is always free of charge.
Seating Detail ADA / accessible seating is located on all levels of the arena including the floor, lower level, and upper level. All ADA / accessible seating locations will provide a clear viewing. All accessible seating positions will be exclusively reserved for guests who are wheelchair users or have severe physical limitations. Accessible seating is available on a first come first serve basis. To ensure the best service, call the administrative team directly at (605) 692-7539 at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event to discuss and identify any needs and/or concerns.
General Rule The staff at the Dacotah Bank Center is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable entertainment experience. Guests have a right to expect an environment where: • Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner by all Dacotah Bank Center personnel. • Guests will not wear clothing with or bring signage that has obscene, inappropriate, or indecent messages. • Guests will enjoy the event experience free from disruptive behavior, foul or abusive language or obscene gestures. • Guests engaging in fighting, creating a verbal disturbance, throwing objects, or attempting to enter off-limits areas will be removed immediately from the property; refunds will not be given. • Guests will remain in ticketed seat/area and will refrain from blocking nearby aisles; guests will show their tickets when requested. • Guests will use tobacco in designated areas only; tobacco use is prohibited inside the facility. • Guests consuming alcoholic beverages will do so in a responsible manner. Intervention with impaired, intoxicated, or underage guests will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. • Guests will comply with Dacotah Bank Center personnel regarding operations and emergency response procedures. • Guests are encouraged to communicate discreetly and quickly with Dacotah Bank Center personnel if assistance is needed in dealing with unruly guests, any issues, concerns, or requests of a clean-up in their area. • Guests will be responsible for their own good time by reporting inappropriate behaviors and/or concerns during an event. The Dacotah Bank Center staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to ensure that the above expectations are met. Guests who violate the Code of Conduct will be removed without refund for any other conduct that may be deemed inappropriate or behavior which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property.
Child Rule For most Dacotah Bank Center events, children who have celebrated their 3rd birthday or older require a ticket for admittance. Children under the age of three (3) will be allowed free entry; however, they are required to sit on the lap of a ticket holder. Family shows most often require a ticket for children age one (1) and older. Please see specific event details for more information on ticket age requirements.
