Open Hours Summer Hours Monday - Friday 10am to 2pm Saturday 10am to 2pm Closed Sunday Box office will open 4 hours before the event on weekends.
Payment The box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, certified checks, or money orders.
Call Detail Customers can pick up their tickets after 5:00PM on the day of the event at the Box Office. Customers must have the actual credit card, picture I.D., and confirmation number.
Parking New parking garages next to the arena are open. 800 + parking spaces are available.
Seating Detail Handicapped accessible seating is available for all events. These tickets can be purchased at all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, through the Charge-by-Phone network, at the Box Office, or via Ticketmaster Online. Special seating for the visually impaired or the hearing impaired, if available, can be purchased through the Box Office only.
General Rule No exchanges or refunds. Standard Camera are typically permitted-Professional cameras & recording devices are NOT permitted. NO VIDEO!
