Open Hours The Box office will open at noon on show days. The Box Office is located at Fallsview Casino outside the Avalon Theatre. On Non-Show days, the Box Office will be closed.

Call Detail Will-call located at the venue will open 2 hours prior to showtime. Customers who have purchased tickets must present the actual credit card used to place the order, and Government Issued Photo I.D. Will call is located at the box office located outside the Avalon Theatre.
Parking Parking is available across the street at Fallsview Casino Resort and subject to availability. Prices fluctuate and are subject to change without notice. Additional parking is available in the area.
Seating Detail Accessible seats can be booked online through Ticketmaster. Accessible parking is available at Fallsview Casino Resort or available with ticket purchase while quantities allow.
General Rule As a security measure, NO RE-ENTRY IS PERMITTED after you have exited the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino gates. RESTRICTED BAG POLICY: Patrons are asked to leave any backpacks or large bags at home. Only small purses will be permitted into the Venue. Professional Cameras (with removable lens) are not permitted. All bags are subject to search. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK will be permitted into the venue.
Child Rule Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.
