General Rule ARRIVE EARLY: Please arrive one-hour prior to showtime. All packages, including briefcases and pocketbooks, will be inspected prior to entry. All patrons will continue to go through a screening process upon entry. As delays are expected, Radio City Entertainment requests that for all events, ticket holders arrive as early as possible. Guests are strongly discouraged from bringing packages, briefcases, knapsacks and video equipment to the Music Hall. Child Rule Children two years of age or older require a ticket for admittance into any event held at Radio City Music Hall. For some performances, children under two will be admitted without a ticket however, they must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian.
