Open Hours Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturdays are normally closed but will be open from 9-5 for on-sales & event days. On event days the box office will open 1 hour before show time for sales & will-call.

Call Detail Box Office Location: Located at 300 Lorne St. (Corner of 3rd Ave & Lorne St). Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.
Parking There are 10 Handicapped parking spaces and 2 10-minute loading zones on Lorne st. directly across from the main entrance. These are checked by Coliseum security and violators will be towed. There are 3 separate parking lots in or next to Riverside park. All accessed from Lorne st. We suggest parking above the tracks on Lansdowne, Victoria, Seymour or on 2nd, 3rd or 4th Ave. Parking in the Thompson Park Mall parking lot is not suggested. There are signs posted everywhere and the lot is patrolled and vehicles will be towed.
Seating Detail Accessible Seating: 32 wheelchair & attendant spots situated on the concourse level behind row 13 in sections D,E,F & P,Q,R. Hearing Devices: Are available see box office to request.
General Rule Interior Savings Centre is a non smoking venue.
Child Rule Non-Blazers events: all children require a ticket to attend all events unless specifically noted on any given event (If event allows children, Babes in Arms (up to 1 year) are permitted free unless show stipulates no children.) Blazers Hockey: children up to 3 years of age are permitted free but must be seated on a parent\'s lap and must not take up a seat. children Age 4 and up require a paid ticket. Infant carriers are strongly discouraged at all events as they CANNOT be stored at your seat and there is no storage facility on site.
