Contact Info For information about the venue or events please contact the Box Office at (570) 961-9000. The box office will not answer calls on the day of an event; a pre-recorded line will play all important show related information. Any other information can be found on the venue Facebook page. If you wish to purchase tickets by phone, please call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000. You can also purchase tickets in person at the Box Office located at The Pavilion or through Ticketmaster outlets.

Call Detail Will Call can be picked up at the Box Office any time prior to an event. To pickup will call, please have the credit card you used to purchase and a photo ID. If you purchased a VIP package or any type of special package, tickets might not be available for pickup until 2 hours prior to the event. *** If you are not the person who bought the tickets and would like to pick up will call, we will need a copy of the original purchasers photo ID and credit card.***
Parking Parking is available on The Pavilion grounds. For larger events, there may be shuttles to and from the venue from off-site parking lots. To guarantee parking directly at the venue, please purchase premier parking in addition to your concert ticket.
Seating Detail Accessible seating is available online with Ticketmaster, over the phone with Ticketmaster, and in person at the Box Office. The venue has accessible seating in sections 101, 103, 201, and 206. All accessible seats allow for easy access in and out of the seats and have a grab bar close by.
General Rule Concerts are held Rain or Shine. Allowed Items: • Small bags, purses, backpacks, totes (subject to search) • Personal snacks (must be in clear 1 gallon ziplock bag) • One 20 oz. sealed water bottle (1 per fan) • Empty water bottles / camelbacks • Blankets • Portable phone chargers • Personal point-and-shoot cameras • Lighters • Electronic cigarettes • Small tote umbrellas • Lawn/beach chairs (that are no more than 9†off the ground and the seatback does not exceed 24†off the ground) Prohibited Items Include (but are not limited to): • Weapons of any kind • Alcohol • Illegal drugs/ substances of any kind • Drug paraphernalia of any kind • Lawn/beach chairs that are higher than 9†off the ground • Glass containers • Cans • Laser pointers • Animals (except service animals) • Fireworks • Wallet chains or spikes • Professional cameras • Video/audio recording equipment of any nature (including sports action cameras like GoPros) • Balls of any nature • Objects that can be used as projectiles such as glowsticks • Larger banners or posters • Promotional materials of any kind • Coolers
Child Rule Children 2 and under are free. The child must sit on your lap if you have reserved seating. For the Peach Music Festival, Children under 5 are free. Children between the ages of 5-10 can get a half price GA ticket when they arrive. If the parent purchased a VIP or reserved ticket, the child must also have a full price ticket. The half priced ticket is only for GA tickets and is only available at the door.
