Open Hours Box Office Hours The box office opens three hours prior to the showtime of an event, and is closed on days when there is no event. Please note: The box office does not sell tickets over the phone. Tickets purchased in person are subject to applicable service fees. The property does not sell VIP or presale tickets, and public sales begin the day after the Ticketmaster general public on sale date. Call Detail Will call orders can be picked up by the account holder at the box office on the day of the event. Please bring a matching picture id, the credit card used to make the purchase, and the order number.
